Anxiety Therapy

If you're struggling with excessive anxiety, we're here to help. While some anxiety is a normal and even helpful part of life, persistent or overwhelming anxiety can interfere with your relationships, work, and overall well-being. Our therapists have experience helping individuals understand and manage anxiety through evidence-based and person-centered approaches. Together, we'll help you develop practical coping strategies while exploring the underlying factors that may be contributing to your anxiety. As these underlying issues are addressed, many people experience greater relief from anxiety and an improved quality of life. We'll work collaboratively with you to create a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique needs, goals, and strengths.

Depression Therapy

Depression can make it difficult to enjoy life, connect with others, and participate in activities you once loved. You don't have to face it alone. Our therapists provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and begin the healing process. We use evidence-based therapeutic approaches while also working with you to understand the underlying factors that may be contributing to your depression. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that supports your goals, helps reduce symptoms, and empowers you to reconnect with your authentic self and the people and activities that bring meaning to your life.

Stress Management

Stress and change are natural parts of life, but when they become overwhelming, they can affect your emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, and daily functioning. Major life transitions and important decisions can also leave you feeling uncertain, stuck, or unsure of which path to take.

Our therapists provide a supportive space to help you navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we'll identify the sources of your stress, develop practical coping strategies, and explore the options available to you so you can make decisions that align with your values and goals. Whether you're adjusting to a life transition, managing ongoing stress, or facing a difficult decision, we're here to help you build resilience and restore a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Trauma Counseling

If you've experienced trauma—whether from a single event or ongoing experiences—working with a qualified trauma therapist can be an important step toward healing. Trauma can affect your emotions, relationships, beliefs about yourself, and even your nervous system long after the events have passed. Our trauma-informed therapists provide a safe, supportive environment where you can process your experiences at your own pace while developing healthy coping skills and greater resilience.

We incorporate evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including identifying different parts of self, somatic therapies, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. These approaches can help many people process traumatic experiences, reduce distress, and foster greater self-compassion, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Trauma may result from a one-time event, such as an accident, assault, or natural disaster, or from ongoing experiences, such as childhood adversity, chronic stress, or repeated relational trauma. Whatever your story, healing is possible. Together, we'll work to help your mind and body process the impact of trauma so you can move forward with greater peace, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.

Ketamine Assisted EMDR Therapy

Although our licensed therapists do not provide Ketamine therapy directly, if you are receiving ketamine therapy from a licensed medical provider, emerging research suggests there may be benefits to integrating ketamine therapy with EMDR. While additional research is needed, EMDR sessions are generally recommended within 24-72 hours of a ketamine treatment to help process memories, emotions, and thoughts that may arise during the ketamine experience.

Relationship Counseling

Relationships are one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also be some of the most challenging. Whether you're navigating difficulties with a partner, family member, or friend, the patterns we develop throughout life can shape the way we connect with others. Early attachment experiences, past trauma, life transitions, stress, and communication styles can all influence the health of our relationships.

If you've experienced a betrayal, such as infidelity or a breach of trust, the emotional impact can be profound. While the reasons behind the betrayal may be complex or not immediately clear, the pain it creates is real. Whether you're hoping to strengthen your relationship, recover after infidelity, or gain clarity about the path forward, healing and growth are possible.

Our relationship therapists provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples can explore challenges, improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and develop healthier patterns of connection. We tailor our approach to your unique relationship and goals, helping you build a stronger foundation—whatever the next chapter looks like.
