Cancellation Policy

 We understand that life happens, and sometimes unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled session. At Heart Mind and Soul Therapy, we believe in a humanistic, person-centered approach rather than a rigid one. While we do have a cancellation policy that helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients, we also recognize that genuine emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. Open communication about the reason for your cancellation is important, as it allows us to respond with understanding and, when appropriate, flexibility. 

 To help us provide timely care to all clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $120 cancellation fee. While we strive to be understanding when unexpected situations arise, this policy allows us to respect both our clinicians' time and the needs of other clients seeking appointments.
